as i planned earlier, i will start my so called 'detox' programme after hari raya haji..well basically, these are the 'THINGS' that i need to consume..
1) early in the morning
2) before and after lunch
3) before and after dinner..
4) bla bla bla..the list goes on..
and there are certain type of food that i can consume during this 15-day programme..
ALAHAIII.. :( nnti i blog lagi la pasal bende nihhh..
