went to sunway pyramid just now..was lookin for some work attire for me and a dear friend of mine.. and i noticed this huge chandeliar hanging near the escellator..punya la cantik.. eemmm... mahal tak ek? sure mahal kan?i mean, kalo yg kecik2 yg jual kt kedai tu la..the basic one.

me being the gigih person i am, went to a nursery the other day to get my dreamed plant..near sect 18, shah alam.. tmpat tu punya nama i lupalah.. tp endon yg jaga...boss die chinese kott..

This place has a nice selection of potted plants...tp harga..mahal la..if i hv the courage tht day, i might just go to sg buloh instead..

tadaaaa!!!! there it was.. my dreamed plant..nice kannnn..tp besar sgt la...eemmm...

kt sini palsu pon ade jual..dgn tanah tanih segala bagai.. harga i tak sure..mahal kotttt.. :P

My boss instructed me to do a simple SOP ( standard operating practice) on how to book a ticket for travelling purposes..saje je gatal..sebab nak tunjuk support kt TQM dept..this is a monthly ordeal in Toyota to find ways to do KAIZEN ( continous improvement)..kt sane ade mcm2 practise..it's good though to inculcate good working culture..

and submitted my SOP to TQM dept. for evaluation... well, too bad my simple SOP didnt won ( rm60 KFC voucher) tak cukup power katenye... tp selamat dpt other token... cute gak kan mouse pad ade calculator nih? hehehe.. :P

went to LPKP HQ in putrajaya and i saw this tree.. the exact plant that i hv in mind! :) and it is planted indoor! walaaaa..!!! the batang of it look so strong..

went to jalan alor right in the heart of bkt bintang..just to had lunch at a famous chicken rice shop,chee meng. well..too bad i didnt bring my camera ..and my handphone's battery went flat..time time ni la..alwayss... well..the food was..average..not as good as the previous experience when i dined there a few years back..tp org tetap ramaiii..eeee..

TIME to DETOXXXX!!!!!

ok, these is the regime tht i hv to go through for 15 days detox programme..basically, as the name suggested, detox is to get rid of stubborn toxin in ur body..which cant be dissapeared naturally..and can u imagine the amount of toxin in ur body in the course of ur life????

u kene amik ni macam aa..then ini mcm aaa... :P this is Carey, my dietist..she is really good wth words though..hahaha!!! otherwise i tak hingin amik produk dieorg.. :P

first, they will do series of medical check-up..and come wth a result..mine is sooo very not encouraging..hence the sad face.. :(

( tapi mamat baju merah ni punya reading lagi la terokk!!! well..he is still in the state of denial...lantak la kome..hahaha)

-so i will undergo a series of detoxcifyng gprogramme in 2-week time.. wish me luck u guys!!!!

Went to Kota Dmansara Tesco with ibrahim yesterday and stumbled upon this one shop..it sells organic product..

Do u know we are not adivse to consume ALL form of milk? be it in yogurt, fresh milk, butter etc etc? goshhh... :( if u like egg, take it 70% boiled.

and we must DETOX!!! whats tht? shall eloborate later..
